As the majority of our products are made to order based on your custom specifications we do have restrictions on when and what can be changed/returned.

Change of Mind/Mistake - While Order is 'In Process'

If you change your mind or made a mistake, and your order is still in process, generally we'll be able to make the required adjustments. Please let us know as quickly as possible for any changes or corrections to your order so we can ensure these changes are made before production. 

If the order is partway through production we will put the order on hold and notify you of any costs based on how much of the production has already been completed. 

Change of Mind/Mistake - Order Shipped or Delivered

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or accept returns for custom made items that are already shipped, in transit or have been received. 

However please contact us with your requirements and we'll still do our best to help out in whatever way we can.

We can accept returns for pre-made stock items.

Expenses associated with return shipments will need to be paid by the customer, we can help to organise a return collection if required. 

A return must be requested to us within 30 days of receiving the stock item. 

We will process a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping costs, once we have received the item in good condition. 

If you are unsure if your item is custom made or a stock product, please contact us before ordering. 

Please be sure to check your cart and order receipt thoroughly to make sure everything is as you expect it to be, as you are ordering custom made items, replacements can be expensive. We are more than happy to go over your order with you, before or after you place it to be sure everything is correct.
