As the majority of our products are made to order based on your custom specifications we do have restrictions on when and what can be changed/returned.


Change of Mind/Mistake - While Order is 'In Process'

If you change your mind or made a mistake, and your order is still in process, generally we'll be able to make the required adjustments. Please let us know as quickly as possible for any changes or corrections to your order so we can ensure these changes are made before production. 


If the order is partway through production we will put the order on hold and notify you of any costs based on how much of the production has already been completed. 


Change of Mind/Mistake - Order Shipped or Delivered

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or accept returns for custom made items that are already shipped, in transit or have been received. 


However please contact us with your requirements and we'll still do our best to help out in whatever way we can.


Please be sure to check your cart and order receipt thoroughly to make sure everything is as you expect it to be, as you are ordering custom made items, replacements can be expensive. We are more than happy to go over your order with you, before or after you place it to be sure everything is correct. It's better to take the time to get it right the first time as we will be hand making these products to your specific requirements.
